I just write this post in english, since I think you all should know about this.  And also I just know that their are much out that could tell you also such stories like I tell you now. I just was thinking long about to post this o rnot, but since I have today found out, that she never heas learned about this, and is still using my PU items, counting them as her selfmade ones and given them away I just have to tell it you all. And I just will tell you only the facts, not what I’m feeling, thinking and would really like to do!

YOu all have seen, that I’m takeing part in the Designer Challenge at Desings in Digital in the last weeks. After finishing and uploading my week 3 entry I was taking an look at all the other entries. And just was founding one entry that was catching my eyes.  But not, while  I really was thinking wow at the first moment, I was thinking, “Stop! You know those two elements, they are maded buy you for the STS Designers Darling Challenge in January.” It was the following Preview that was catching my eye:

I just have downloaded her entry and taken then an close look at those two elements that was looking like mine. And yes, it where totally mine elements, only resized and recolored. Their where simple the same mistakes in them that the STS  Judges have counted. I just have maded to show you what I was finding thos two images with my originaly elements and her elements.  I show you then a little bit later in this post. I just was informing DID Admins, and also asking her, if she could proof me that she has created the elements by herself, since they where to similarie to mine. I was asking if she would show me the original photo were she has extracted the swimmer from and how she has made the fish, wanting to know each step, since it has the same shadows, the same texture and the same reflection in the eyes, then mine and I have made in my Graphic Programm all the settings for those myself. but only getting really nothing to say answers, also no view at the original sources, she was telling to use, like an scan from an coloring book, or an picture that she has making from the swimmer with her camera. I was sending my original items to the DID Admin, and also her answers. The fact was then she was kicked out of the contest, hates me now, and is saying, I’m accused her of something she wasn’t doing. But I just could proof all my sources, and all steps that I have made to get my things finished. And the programm she has used, like she was telling me, wouldn’t never get the reflections done for the fish eyes, sicne I have used an well known Plugin for PSP and PS to make them. And I just didn’t have used the standard settings, like I ever play around with it. The Fish Template I still have on my harddrive, saved in his original vector layers. The inspiration for my fish was from an online colorign book page, I have only redrawn it with my own hands in PSP with the pen tool. Now I show you my comparsion images:

Today then I just have found out, that her Designers Blog and other is gone, was thinking, she was taking my elements out and was now knowing that it isn’t right to take the designs from others and claim them as their own, but then I just have found out, she has only changed her Designer Name:

My fish looks now a little bit diffrent in the Preview, but in the download it is still the same, and their are still the same mistakes and jaggies in it, like in the old one! Only chnaging, the preview, only recoloring an element, or adding texture to it from an PU KIT is not right! And since she has nothing learned out off it and is still thinking, she is doing all right, I just have to shout this out in the Digi Scrapping World! I just really hope now, that she would wake up, since with such actions she would never be an good and unique designer, also are more an dmore getting attention to this, and changing the names is not helping, this just only shows, that I’m right with my thoughts, that she has taken my elements and designs WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and claiming them as her owns! Just only reading the points at this garphic, and I just found more then one, that is matching to the things that had happened:
